Pours a deep red with dark brown highlights (very copper-ish, actually), with a lean off-white head that retreated quite rapidly. The smell is very mild, with light, grainy malts barely rising to the nose. A bit of sweet fruit can be detected if one pays very close attention. I note the flavor as grainy malts, with a little hoppy flourish at the finish. It's a medium-bodied, easy to drink brew that should rank high with a wide variety of imbibers.
