Horseheads Brewing Inc.

I haven’t been to their HQ location In Horseheads, NY. I visited the Watkins Glenn location. The location was beautiful being right on the lake and had awesome scenery. The beer sucked, bad blonde and bad ipas. I wouldn’t come back for the beer however their food was awesome! Their steakhouse burger was great as well as their fresh catch of the day fish sandwich. Food was 4.5/5. Service was good being quick, attentive, and friendly. They did have a nice variety of beers on tap from ipas, blonde ale, maple amber ale, chocolate peanut butter stout, and a blueberry ale as well as a few cocktails a rn other local wines. Worth a stop for s bite and great outdoor area. Beer is a thumbs down for me.

Cool little industrial building on the north side of town. Small tap room with some nice stone work that give the place a certain warmth. L-shaped bar in the left back corner seats about 8 with a few tables about the remainder of the room, and a nice stone walled patio along the front has additional seating. 10 beers on tap, I enjoyed the IPA and the Black IPA very much. Friendly bartender, food truck.

 

Small but inviting ambience in a back road chill environment. Nice indoor taproom with excellent service, and a nicely masoned outdoor stone patio for enjoyment during the warmer months. And all of the beers are very good.

 

Stopped in here while passing through because a friend of mine loves their barleywine so I wanted to grab him a few bottles. While i was there I had a flight of what they had on tap. Most of the beers were pretty good. The only thing that sucked for a moment there was that their credit/internet was town so I wasn't sure how I was gonna pay but by the time I left it was back up, so I got lucky.
