Pint at Chatham Brewery
A- Rich, dark, black, light tan head, fluffy
S- Malty, bitter from the roasted malts, slight hops, chocolate,
T- MMMM, so smooth, so evenly blended and balanced, very, very little hop presence. However, the malty, thick chocolately taste was very pleasing.
M- So smooth, rich and creamy, a medium thick/heavy bodied beer, yet, refreshing all the same. The carbonation was just right. This beer was soooooo creamy it was like silky smooth velvet in a glass!
O- Overall this was my favorite of the beers I've had from the brewery. This is the best black IPA i have had yet. A smooth, well balanced beer worthy of drinking in a session.
