Bottles opens with no hiss, hoping the carbonation is ok. Pours a slightly hazy light copper with a very thin white haze. Slight bubblegum, banana, and clove aromas, with some sweet malt and a bit of candy. Not bad. Taste is similar, with more typical Tripel flavors of banana, bubblegum, and candy. Pretty solid tasting Tripel actually, too bad the carbonation is, indeed, off. Low carbed, with a bit over medium body and fairly crisp mouthfeel. Tasty Tripel, hope they get the carbonation issue under control.
