This is a cocoa stout, slightly tart and slightly peppery, and pretty tasty. I couldn't really get any oyster character from it. It has the appearance and mouthfeel of a typical stout.

Black 16oz draft pour with tan head; thick lacing. Cocoa powder nose; spicy hot pepper sauce as liquid warms. Chocolate malt, cocoa powder flavors with a little spicy peppers thrown in. Medium lite mouthfeel with a peppery chocolate tongue coating; as stout warms, there is an oily oyster presence. Overall, a well crafted chocolate base that is not sweet or syrupy, with a little spicy/peppery thing going on - excellent!
