This one is for the Bourbon lovers out there. You know who you are. Smell reminds me of some nicely aged bourbon whiskey. Taste blends the creamy bodied old ale with the bourbon flavor nicely. Its got some heat to it but 12% with not much bottle age on it I would expect that.
Overall I thought this was a great bourbon barrel aged ale and that my second one in 18-24 months will be even better and that'll be a good night.
