Pours a deeply turbid, dull orange juice/amber. Kind of gets into the stale dishwater realm this style can veer towards. Great white head, tight with small bubbles and excellent retention.
Smell is disappointingly shallow and faint, tropical floral notes and soft tropical fruit flesh.
Taste is delicate and floral with citrus blossoms and jasmine and honeysuckle coming to mind. There's a nice sweet orange flesh and light guava taste going on and a nice herbal bite to it. Surprisingly subtle and nicely balanced, although the sweetness builds up a bit as it warms.
Mouthfeel is decent, has the 'juiciness' to some extent, builds up a bit more than is ideal.
Overall this is a nice addition to the series but not the best in the series and not something I would buy again. I'm not mad I got a 4 pack and for 13$ it's not a bad deal but it's just kind of a typical modern US beer. Best certified organic NEIPA I've ever had though
