Celebrating 25 Years (1995-2020)
25 years ago, as the first shovel struck ground, ravens graced the property where our brewery stands today. Even now, in the misty Fortuna mornings, solitary ravens can still be seen. On very rare occasions ravens flock together and that is called an UNKINDNESS.
For our 25th anniversary we have aged our classic Raven's Eye Stout in Caribbean rum barrels. With decadent notes of rum, oak, chocolate, molasses and espresso. A true celebration, as rare as an Unkindness, as rich as the raven's forgotten lore.

A large but well balanced beer. Rich and lightly boozy. Big dark and sweet notes on the nose and palate. Rum is there on the tongue but shares the stage well with big chocolate and bitter coffee notes. Adds to a bittersweet molasses like quality. Not at all sticky thick though. Nice beer
