True to style, Our Irish Stout has a lighter body but more roasted barley flavor. The color is a beautiful deep ruby/mahogany hue with an off-white creamy head. Hops are on the upper end of the style but push the roasted profile forward. We use English grown Challenger and East Kent Golding hops which are noted for their earthy/spicy aroma. Nitrogenation is employed for a smooth creamy experience! Pair this brew with beef and desserts such as cake and ice cream.
