Appearance: Pours a pale yellow, cloudy body with a small, bubbly, white head.
Smell: Simple, humble aroma smelling only of pilsner malts and a cup of sour lemon juice.
Taste: Pilsner malts with a light sweetness. There's that sour lemon character again. Small hint of yeast. Light bitterness. Finishes clean, but decidedly watery.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Comes up short in even the loosest descriptions of a pilsner, but, as this is a new brew from a new brewery, perhaps in a year or two's time they'll be blowing my mind with a hellstorm of awesomeness.

From a brown 12oz bottle - Pours a cloudy pale whitish yellow almost like Fresca with almost no head and only slight carbonation. Smells of sweet malts with a just a tad of a hop presence. First sip is super sweet like Fresca too. Finishes slightly bitter. Decent mouthfeel that is nicely carbonated. Very nice but too sweet for me.
