Collaboration beer with Brew's Cafe.
This Hefeweizen was brewed using traditional malts, hops, and the Weihenstephaner hefeweizen yeast. That's all that's traditional about it, though. An addition of a large amount of orange peel, along with 1/2 lb each of Centennial and Cascade hops during fermentation give this traditional style an American twist.
Only available at the Weasel Boy Brewpub in Zanesville and Brew's Cafe in Granville.
