Poured from a growler into a glass. I haven't had many Cabernet barreled brews, so the flavors are a bit off-putting from expecting a bourbon barrel, but as I worked my way through my third, it really developed into a drier BA Imperial Stout, which hampered the smoothness, but still stands out as an excellent brew.
