A traditional German-style Schwarzbier which features a bread-malty quality with very mild roasted malt character which may come across as a soft chocolaty note. It finishes clean, dry and refreshing with a soft lingering hop bitterness and subtle roastiness.

16oz draft at the taproom
It is black and mostly opaque with a decent amount of tan froth on top.
It smells just slightly roasty and fairly malty with a hint of chocolate.
Just a bit if chocolate and floral hop bitterness. Mostly malty, like a dark bread. Nice velvety texture. On the fuller side for a Schwarz, but still very easy drinking.
A very enjoyable beer.
