Brown Stoat Stout aged in the barrel for almost 7 months sitting on a combination of dark sweet and tart red cherries!
A-Deep, dark murky brown with a thin tan head that reduced to a thin veil and left spotty lace.
S-Rich roasted malt and chocolate resting on a bed of vanilla laden crushed cherries. Not overly aromatic but very pleasant nonetheless.
T-Ups the game on the palate with a dazzling combination of Bourbon notes, rich roasted stout heft and a juicy tart and sweet cherry deliciousness. This is a very nicely done combination.
M-Medium bodied with plenty of lingering flavour to go around.
D-An absolute treat. This one was well received and enjoyed. A hard one not to like by the Bourbon and cherry lover in me!
