Very light, yellow, opaque colour. Smell is fresh, rather thin, but with a hint of malt. Taste is very light and refreshing, with discrete notes of citrus, herbs and a little bit of yeast. This was my first zwickel; all in all, this style reminds me a little bit of some of the lighter Belgian beers, crossed with a Czech pilz.

On-tap at Adrinano's in Bern
Yellow, hazy bodz with a sticky white head. Man, this is fresh, so fresh its a bit overcarbonated. The aroma has a hint of sulfur and minerals along with light grains and biscuit. The flavor grabs that malt note and has a spicy hops balance. This is maybe the best beer made in Bern, but there are better keller/zwickels out there.
