Pours hazy pale yellow with fizzy head of large foamy bubbles that almost immediately fades to nothing - what remains is very similar to carbonated apple juice. Aroma is wheat, banana, bits of spice.
Taste is sweetish wheat malt, banana, notes of apples, some bubble gum, cloves. Very typical Hefeweizen flavours. Mouthfeel is quite light with high carbonation.
It does not taste bad and is quite drinkable, but I am certainly missing that typical Hefeweizen look.
