Delicious fresh NEIPA, where a lot of hops have been used, which contributes a lovely fresh taste and aroma of citrus and flowers.

Copenhagen 31/10 2020. 50 cl bottle from Skagen Bryghus. Skagens usual design a bit modernized with a guitar hero with tattoos swinging his instrument. They call it a New England IPA Juice on the label.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sharp and bit harsh citric odor mingling with a underlying sweetness. Citrus and lime. A bit chemical sharpness. Sweet malts. Cardboard and bread.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by slightly more moderate but a bit harsh bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Dry finish.
Not exactly smooth and juicy - but not without it's own rough charm.
