A red wheat beer. Rav Larsen was a familiar face at Skagen Harbour for many years. From his delivery bike he sold amber necklaces and paintings to tourists.
Water, Müncher, Vienna, dark wheat, hops and yeast.

Copenhagen 22/10 2020. 50 cl bottle from Skagen Bryghus. Orange version of Skagen's usual design with the 16 pronged star with red background.
Pours murky, aber with a small white head. Settles as thin path of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet candy-like odor mingling with a strong maltiness.Caramel and toffee. Bread. Light lemonade sourness.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderate sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish and lingers for bit. Finish is sweet and a bit watery.
Not a very wheaty wheat beer. But quite malty and sweet.
