Aktionærbryg 2022, a German-inspired wheat beer fermented with a more flavorful yeast type than our Nordlys wheat beer.
Tastes like a typical German “Weizen”, with a banana aftertaste.
The beer is named after a shareholder’s statement about one of our previous brews.

Copenhagen 2/8 2023. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Doggerbanke, Skagen. Light blue version of skagen Bryghus' usual label design with a cartoonish drawing of a Fox.
Pours opaque murky copper with a big white head. A bt bubbly. Settles as a thin but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a lighter tart scent. Wheat, banana and oranges. White sugar and lemons.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish with tart undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
Run of the mill Danish take on a Hefeweizen.
