Copenhagen 24/122025. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. A lady with the protective gear that house painters use on the label.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin patchy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the near. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of malts and a light humid presence of Belgium. Sweet pale malts, bread and bit of sugar. Whiff of humid basement. Alcohol lurking just underneath.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Not the worst take on a Blond that I have tasted.
