Copenhagen 15/4 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Close up of Oyster shells on the label.
Pours deep, dark, opaque brown with a very big, bubbly beige head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is rich, intense, sweet and roasted. Dark, roasted malts, coffee, caramel, sweet chocolate and brown sugar.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery texture.
Flavor is fairly sweet followed by medium coffee bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering.
Quite light and bubbly and easy to drink. Could actually go pretty good with oysters.

Sample on tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Black colour. Roasty aroma and flavour with salty / seaside notes, also notes of coffee, tar and English liquorice. Dry finish.
