Copenhagen 25/10 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Part of a series of three beer bashing Donald Trump. Fanø is quite far from Washington but then again - bash away.
Pours hazy opaque amber with big yellowish head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma of fermented decaying exotic fruit and alcohol - not in an unpleasant way. Pretty rich. Subdued citric notes.
Soft carbonation and medium thick palate.
Flavor is quite sweet followed by heavy bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with strong sweet notes and a very notable presence of alcohol.
A boozy narcissist indeed.
