Copenhagen 11/1 2025. 0 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Drawi g of a horsecar driving in the water on the western shores of Jutland.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a big white head Settles as an uneven and lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Ripe Peach and Pear. Oranges. Grapefruit and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Fine Summer Beer enjoyed off-season.
