Copenhagen 28/12 2020. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Very hand drawn label in black and white with some troll faces. I suppose.
Very gushy upon opening leaving puddles of beer everywhere. Pours murky orange with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as 4 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of berries mingling with a light citric streak. Strawberries and blueberries. Citrus. Green apples. Unripe touch.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a lighter sourness. Aftertaste is thin and sourish. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.
Very fresh and easily drinkable flavored beer. True summer beer. Pretty bizarre to drink it in dark December. Shame on me.
