Color as beautiful as the harvest-ready field, malty sweetness and a light bitterness from the hops. Fanø Pilsner is our take on an easy-drinking pilsner that contributes to the famous crisp lager style known all over the world.
Malt: Pilsner Malt, Carapils.
Hops: Hersbrucker, Saaz.
Aroma: A light aroma of malted barley and spicy hops.

Kulhuse 25/12 2023. 50 cl bottle at my In-laws. Pale yellow label in Fanø’s usual design.
Pours clear yellow with a smalll white head. Stable. Settles as thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light sweet odor of malts mingling with fragrant citric and floral scent. Pale malts, lemon and rose bed.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Discrete floral take on a Pilsner.
