Copenhagen 6/12 2021. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Yellow label with some happy faces from Fanø and a silhouette of the island.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of lemonade and tropical fruits mingling with a sharp citric scent. Peach and blood orange. Grapefruit, lime and citrus.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.
Pleasant, smooth and well-balanced.
