For the third collaboration between Esbjerg Bryghus and Fanø Bryghus we present this lush and tropical India Pale Lager. Fruity notes of citrus and mango fill the nose of this smooth drinking IPL. The perfect glass of sunshine to enjoy when you’re looking for a mental break from the otherwise long and dark Danish winter.

Pours unclear golden yellowish a big white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with sweet malty odor with fruity touch mingling with a perfumed, floral scent. Sweet pale malts, peach, honey melon. A bit of citrus. Whiff of rosesand flower bed.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling textture.
Flavor îs medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly mote moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and a bit thin and watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
