Copenhagen 1/7 2020. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Drawing of a lot of Rabbits tumbling about in hop plants on the label.
Pours unclear amber with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a notable sweet maltiness and strong notes of citric fruitiness. Sweet malts and caramel. Grape fruit and citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft yet lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong bitterness. A bit harsh. Aftertaste is bitter and searing. Finish is dry.
Malty and hoppy with a manageable booziness. Solid DIPA. Even a rabbit can appreciate that.
