Tørke er en Brut IPA i "dobbelt" styrke, med et knastørt finish og en let krop, der tillader en frodig, frugtagtig humlearoma at skinne igennem. Den er brygget med masser af Cashmere, Citra og New Zealand Chinook humle.

Copenhagen 11/2 2020. R0 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Dried out skeleton of cow-like creature crumbled in sand on the label.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a small, white head. Settles as flimsy, thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, sweetish and exotic with a lighter dry and citric streak. Peach and pineapple. Light sweet odor of mango. Acerbic citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a medium strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitterbwirhns prominent presence of alcohol. Finish is dry with a light boozy burn.
Combining a quite strong sweetness with a bitter dryness and adding a solid ABV. The sweetness help me not to dry all out.
