Our wheat beer is a tribute to the heather-clad heathland. An unfiltered and amber-golden, lively foamy beer with a dry, slightly aromatic, refreshing and only discreetly spicy taste that can make even a Sønderhoning dance!

Copenhagen 18/6 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Usual Fanø design with corn ears, hops, an anchor and a couple of Seahorses - for good measure.
Pours hazy golden yellow with small bubbly white head. Disappears immediately leaving thin rim along the side of the glass.
Aroma has sweet wheat with spicy undertones. Mainly gale and anise.
Medium strong carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by quite strong spicy sourness. Aftertaste is medium sour.
Kind of New Nordic - but without overdoing it which seems to be the thing that most often happens.
