Brewed specially for the Fanø Rocker music festival, "Hull and Oats" is an easy drinking cream ale that is sure to have you rocking out in no time. The fresh fruit flavors of Hull Melon hops rock with the creaminess of rolled oats to make this smooth drinking hit. Best enjoyed cold, while listening to great music.

Copenhagen 8/8 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. A drawing which is trying to give you a stylized impression of Hall & Oates on the label. Kinda cute.
Pours hazy orange with bubbly white head. Settles as very thin, fine, patchy layer of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is rich and fruity. Sweet with peach, melon and hints of pineapple. Something slightly burnt in the background.
Soft carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and sourish. Finish is dry.
Not at all what I expected from a Cream Ale - but nice if you like your beer fruity, sour and bitter.
