This red ale is brewed with lots of caramel malt to provide it with its namesake hue.
Upfront flavors of caramel and toasted bread are balanced with subtle hops, leaving behind just a touch of sweetness.
This beer just might inspire a revolution.

Copenhagen 26/11 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. The slightly rebel rousing title of the beer on orange background on the label (why is it not red???).
Pours hazy amber with a small bubbly white head. Settles as a thin almost transparent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is sweet caramel, light roastiness with slightly sugary notes. As the beer warms up more bitter odors manifest themselves.
Medium strong carbonation and medium thick palate.
Flavor is medium to strongly sweet. Followed by medium bitterness. A little watery. Aftertaste is of oranges and caramel.
Nice enough - but I miss some of Fanøs usual bite.
