Embark on a taste journey with our Czech-style Pilsner, our delightful collaboration with GRISK from Aarhus, featuring French Barbe Rouge hops. With subtle hints of black currant and citrus, it's the perfect brew to celebrate creativity at the Fanø Bryghus/GRISK Kunstfestival.

Copenhagen 13/1 2026. 50 cl bottle from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Red label in Fanø Bryghus' usual design with a hollow planet with a strange figure inside.
Pours unclear almost opaque orange with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of pale malts and biscuits mingling with fresh grass and a whiff of citrus fruit. Caramel and toasted bread. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and tart. A bit unforgiving. Lingering. Finish is bone dry.
Bitter pilsner with a toasty touch.
