Collaboration with Humleland.
This is the story of the Martins two.
The Martins whose introduction, resulted in a brew.
Inside this bottle, you will find that new brew.
We've decided to call it “Martin 1” and “Martin 2”
New England IPAs they are both said to be.
Brewed in collaboration, with the same hops and barley.
“Martin 1” was brewed on Fanø, and fermented with Brett.
It has additional aromas of pineapple and a bit of horse sweat.
“Martin 2” is more normal, but it is not bland.
It has strong aromas of Simcoe, and Chinook and was brewed at Humleland.
These Martins are good and want you to have fun.
So open the bottle and let out “Martin 2” or “Martin 1”

Copenhagen 3/4 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Simple label with the name of the beer and some text calling it a "Hoppy Saison fermented with Brett" and not a IPA.
Pours hazy pale yellow with a humongous white head. Settles as a lumpy fat layer of foam. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is lightly funky sour with fairly strong sweetish malt base. Strong citric notes.
Strong prickly carbonation. Slightly thick texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by strong sourness. Aftertaste is sour. Finish is dry.
Nice Saison - but they are a little cautious with the Brett.
