Copenhagen 4/3 2026. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. The wetlands of Fanø in the setting sun with the silhouette of a girls visage on the label.
Pours opaque murky and hazy amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a medium strong sweet odor of stone fruits mingling with a slightly stronger citric tart scent. Sweet peach and nectarine. Citrus and grapefruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lively and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Civilized and refreshing.
