Copenhagen 2/6 2026. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Black label with the name of the beer in shining green neon light. The tagline is "Brewed with love".
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong, sweet malty odor mingling with a sourish scent. Sweet pale malts and bread. Whiff of citrus anf grass. Sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a quite strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweetish undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Fairly crisp and refreshing lager beer.
