Copenhagen 3/3 2019. 50 cl bottle from Føtex, Fisketorvet, Kbh V. Drawing of a Half Moon gulping beer on the label.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. I will not say that the beer has the same color of the moon (except when we have a Blood Moon). Settles as thin layer of foam just managing to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense, fruity sweet complemented by tart berries. Red apples, unripe gooseberries, citrus. On the verge of being acidic.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively texture.
Flavor is rather sweet followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undercurrent. Lingers shortly.
A bit bland. Not strong enough to be considered Moonshine. And the Moon seldom has the golden hue that this beer sports.

500 ml bottle, from NETTO Hjørring. ABV is 5.5%. Orange to amber colour, moderate white (or slightly off-white) head. Aroma of caramel malts and fruity hops. Sweet flavour with too much caramel, moderate fruity hops in the background, low bitterness.
