At Copenhagen Beer Festival. Hazy golden colour, dominant American hops in both aroma and flavour, but not too extreme. The discrete notes of Belgian ale yeast do not keep this from being a recognizable Double IPA.

This brewer was also at the Borefts festival in Bodegraven, the Netherlands. In De Molen, a fine dutch brewery there were a lot of good breweries.
Poured out of a bottle in the Molen tasting glass the beer has a caramellic colour.
They used trappist yeast in combination with American hops. This gives the beer a floral aroma, spiced with citrus and a bit of pepper.
Very nice and enjoyable beer!
