This is a beer of the SMaSH type, which means Single Malt and Single Hop. The malt used is Pale Ale malt, which creates a light amber-colored beer.
The hops are the American Amarillo, which gives a fresh scent of citrus fruit. Together with the malt, a well-balanced and easy-drinking beer has been created. The beer is fermented with an American yeast.
This fresh beer goes well with grilled beef and pork. Can also be enjoyed chilled when you think you deserve it.

Copenhagen 8/7 2017. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. Another feature in Midtfyns Single Malt and Single Hop which they use the acronym "SMaSH" for.
Pours opaque cloudy amber with big white head. Settles as fluffy thin layer of foam. On the verge of being transparent. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is mildly sweet with strong citric notes. Grapefruit and citrus. Kind of reminds me of a dish soap with citrus that was very popular in the eighties A little dusty.
Soft carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by strong citric bitterness. Semi dry finish.
Decent concept beer but so simple it’s on the verge of getting boring.
