A Belgian Wit with plenty of body and a chalky white head. Wheat Christmas is a light beer, brewed with Belgian yeast, spiced with orange peel, juniper and coriander. The balance between sweetness and spice makes this beer perfect for a good Christmas lunch.

Copenhagen 1/1 2016. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. Weird Pictogram in blue of an elk with glasses on the white label.
Extremely foamy upon opening leaving a substantial pool of beer on my kitchen table. Pours hazy yellow with a lot of foam. Settles as 1 cm thick creamy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is lemonade-like with oranges and something a bit spicy (might be the coriander mentioned on the label).
Low carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is sweet with wheat, lemonade, orange and a touch of spices. A bit watery though.
Nice try of getting some Christmas into a wheat beer.
