A: Pours hazy orange with a rather small head, considering the style; off-white and thick. Nice lacings.
S: Lots of yeast and spices. Rich in fruit; green sour apples, pears and quite some citric fruits. Malty and rather complex.
T: Rich frutiyness, but also a harsh and unbalanced maltyness - this would benefit from cellaring! Yeast and spices. Really bitter?!
M: Long bitter aftertaste, only a little sour. Body is full but still very drinkable while carbonation holds very small bubbles and lots of them.
O: Well as a Tripel, not very nice but not a bad beer. It feels raw and unbalanced in comparison to the Belgian ones. Maybe it would benefit from cellaring, but I'm not sure.
