A: The color is pale straw while the enormously tall white head is airy and light. Some lacings.
S: Rahter skunky. Yeast and spices; coriander. Ripe bananas and some citric notes. Somewhat light in the smell.
T: Dry but also with some sweetness. Ripe green bananas and ripe oranges. Yeast and spices; coriander. A bit sour. Bready.
M: Bitter and sour aftertaste. Body is light and carbonation is rich, but smooth.
O: A standard Wit, not bad but nothing to write home about, actually.
