The liquid is hazy (unfiltered); the colour orange-amber. The two finger head is off white and compact. It leaves some nice lacing.
The smell is very fresh with sour-bitter-dry notes of lime/lemon. Some minerals, sweet malt and apricot jam.
The inviting taste got mild citric notes of lemon and lemon peels. Some sweetness balances the sourness (is there any wheat in this one?). I found some flowery mineral notes, too. The aftertaste got some bitterness as some earthy yeast and a mild lemon flavour. It is kind of short.
The carbonation is soft and mild. The liquid is thick and smooth.
A beer that I found very refreshing and drinkable it made me happy!
