Copenhagen 17/4 2017. 50 cl bottle from Netto. Not surprisingly a drawing of a Ginger root on the label.
Pours clear yellow with white head. Head disappears fairly fast leaving thin patchy layer of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is quite sharp Ginger - reminding me of peppermint right after brushing my teeth. Not much else. Lightly sweet notes.
Medium strong carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by light bitterness. Aftertaste of "surprise" Ginger. Actually quite refreshing - but you need to be truly into Ginger in order to really appreciate it.
