The color is straw yellow, with a fresh taste, not too sweet, and not too hoppy, but still with a hint of hops without it being too much.

Copenhagen 20/2 2017. 50 cl bottle from Skovhus Brewery and Restaurant. Idyllic drawing of the brewery in the forest on the label. Looks like something Hobbits would choose to live in.
Pours slightly hazy golden yellow - almost orange - with white head. Settles as thin creamy layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is balanced between sweet lemonade and sharp sour tart notes. A little fermentation and a whiff of alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by tart, sour bitter fruitiness. Aftertaste is better. Semi dry finish.
Not very Belgian - but quite refreshing for a beer with an ABV over 7,0.
