Copenhagen 9/9 2017. 50 cl bottle from Føtes. Drawing of a pile of hops on the label.
Pours clear amber with dense white head. Leaves thin fluffy layer of foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is a little subdued for an IPA. Light odor of exotic fruit and some notes of unripe berries and Grape Fruit. Some chemical odor in there ad well. Medicinal and boozy.
Soft carbonation and medium thick palate.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly rough stronger bitterness. A little sourness as well. Aftertaste is bitter sweet.
Weirdly chemical take on an IPA. Not for me.
