Pours clear yellow with a big white head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is fresh and tart fruit. Peach and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation.
Flavor is a little watery. Lemon, elderberry and some floral sourness. Sour summer beer.
