Copenhagen 4/11 2016. 50 cl bottle from Meny. A lot of elderberry flower on the label. It should not be possible to miss that you are drinking an elderberry beer.
Pours clear yellow with a big white head. Disappears fairly fast leaving a thin rim of foam in the glass.
Aroma is rich and quite fruity. Citrus, elderberry and peach.
Medium strong carbonation and watery palate.
Flavor is watery and not very strong. Light sweetness and a light bitterness in aftertaste. I wonder if I am drinking carbonated water or beer.
Smells really nice but disappointing flavor.
