Amber golden and gluten-free* amber ale brewed with flour from real chestnuts. This achieves a lovely body, which is nicely balanced with fresh aroma and bitterness from selected overseas hop varieties.

Copenhagen 8/2 2016. 50 cl bottle from Netto. A lot of wilderness on the label including chestnuts.
Pours clear amber with a small white head. Settles as flimsy patches of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly sweet. Sweet malts, wet cardboard and a little skunky.
Light carbonation and watery palate. Thin, gently tingling texture.
Flavor follows the nose. Quite sweet with wet cardboard and something a little sour peeking in.
I can understand that this is a Gluten Free beer. But I cannot figure out why gluten free beer is often so horrid. The poor people who suffers from gluten allergy has not done anything wrong.
