Hubertus Tripel is a powerful golden beer with a gentle bitterness. During the brewing process, the beer undergoes a triple fermentation, giving the beer an enchanting aroma of ripe fruits, flowers and vanilla.

Copenhagen 10/4 2015. 75 cl bottle from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. NV. A mighty unhandy and big bottle for bringing with you on your Hubertus hunt.
Pours clear yellow with a white head. Stable. Subsiding only slowly. Moderate lacing.
Aroma of yeast, malt and alcohol. Sweet pale malts and bread. Whiff of musty cellar. Metallic alcohol. A little sharp.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily and lively texture.
Flavor is intense with notes of yeast and alcohol.
Truly in the Belgian style of beers. I would not trust myself to hit the mark or anything else in the forest after enjoying this beer.
